The time required for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery location.

Note: Shipping times do not account for potential delays due to customs and duties. Additionally, there may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day.

Shipping Insurance Policy

At Oulize Walk, we are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are handled with care and reach their destinations safely. For extra assurance, we offer optional shipping insurance covering loss, theft, or damage during transit, up to the value declared at purchase.

Claim Process:
In the event of a claim, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving damaged goods or within 14 days for lost items. Provide all necessary documentation, including proof of value and any photographic evidence if applicable.

Exclusions:
Shipping insurance does not cover delays, consequential losses, or any pre-existing damages not caused during transit.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
